Wyoming Big Game Hunts
So you may want to join me on some spectacular Western Big Game Hunting in October? This ranch is special, and I mean very special. It is 180,000 acres of private ground, managed for pronghorn antelope and mule deer. This is a friend of our's cattle ranch, and they know their bucks. It is not unusual to see 20-50 mule deer bucks a day or more as well as that many or more pronghorn antelope bucks. I personally rifle hunt; but we do offer a bow hunt that is very successful on pronghorn; but I wouldn't suggest it for mule deer. This hunt can be as easy or as difficult as you like, in all reality the hunting is done most of the time from the pick up, driving and spot and stalking the deer or goat you seek. The ranch has trophy and management buck hunts for both species and is 100% opportunity on great bucks. The hunts start around $2,500 for 5 days including meals and lodging, with trophy bucks around $4,500, including meals and lodging and a trophy here is 170" mule deer and up. Great new lodge, great food and excellent hunting. Tags must be acquired in advance and they need to be put in by March the previous spring; however due to economic slows, the last two years have left tags unclaimed, allowing for you to purchase them after the draw, even during season. I will be hunting first week or so of Oct., I suggest this date or the last week of Oct. for pre rutting giants; but it all depends on your schedule. The hunting is good the entire month.
